Advancing knowledge and understanding

Novartis Diagnostics is dedicated to advancing knowledge and understanding of nucleic acid testing (NAT) through comprehensive, state-of-the-art training programs. Our team of professional, experienced trainers consistently receives high marks on our customer surveys and course evaluations.

 

 

Training Centers

The Suzanne Ledin NAT Education Center is Novartis Diagnostics’ global training center for Transcription-Mediated Amplification (TMA) Technology. Located in Emeryville, California, the center was named in honor of a late employee.

Since opening in 1999, the center has hosted more than 3,000 trainees from the United States, Asia-Pacific and Europe, with classes in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Mandarin. We recently expanded the center to meet increasing demand for training. Trainees include customers as well as Novartis Diagnostics employees in sales, field service and technical support.

A second training center in Paris was opened to better meet the training needs of our customers and staff in Europe.
